Matthew
20 - 22
Topic:Unbelief
Text: Numbers 13:30-33
The
devil is a chronic liar. In fact, he is an incurable one. Satan
knows that if you can accept his lies, whatever is impossible
in your life will remain impossible. When the children of Israel
sent some spies to the Promised Land, out of the twelve that went,
only Caleb and Joshua were not slain by the pebble of unbelief.
The other ten reported it was impossible to take the land. These
ten did not get to the Promised Land (Deuteronomy 1:27-36). Once
you confess something as impossible and that prayers cannot solve
your problems, you have caged yourself. May God deliver us from
our tongues.
May
our tongues not lead us to hell. Anybody who desires to get to
the glorious land has to see the tongue as a great enemy and then
tame it. Therefore, you must watch what you say. Do not allow
unbelief or doubt to fill your heart.
Do not make negative statements. Satan would tell you that you
cannot make it. But you must declare you are well able! Don’t
allow yourself to be intimidated by the giants. You are a child
of the living God. Don’t let the devil brainwash you.
You
are not a grasshopper. You are more than a giant. You are a killer.
Greater is He who lives in you than the one who lives in the world.
Today, you must say bye-bye to doubt, discouragement and unbelief.
Memory Verse: Deuteronomy 1:28 - “Whither shall we go up?
Our brethren have discouraged our heart, saying. The people is
greater and taller than we; the cities are great and walled up
to heaven’
