Topic:
God’s Heartbeat
Text: 2 Chronicles 1:7-12
There
is a short cut o he realm of miracles. It is the expressway of
the heartbeat of the Almighty. What is God’s heartbeat?
It is that which touches His heart. If you center prayers on issues
or needs that constitute priorities on God’s divine agenda
you will always experience a miracle. Solomon touched the heart
of God when he centered his prayer request of what God accorded
prominence to. He was given prompt answers.
Additionally,
God bombarded him with miracles he did not ask for. This is ‘praying-made-easy’.
Touch God’s heartbeat and receive instantaneous answer to
your requests. When you ask the Lord to let you be in a situation
where you can give pleasure to Him, after He has granted your
requests, He will add those things, which you did not ask for.
If you just take your mind off yourself and concentrate on Him,
He will compensate you. When you ask the Almighty God to make
you a vessel unto honour, He will do so.
The
Bible admonishes us to seek first the kingdom of God and its righteousness
and all other things will be added. In John 15:16, the Bible says:
“Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained
you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit
should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my
name, he may give it you.” This passage is saying that we
have been ordained for a purpose. The purpose? Doing something
that will bring pleasure to God.
It
also means labouring so that souls might be won and retained in
God’s Kingdom. The moment you do something that brings pleasure
to God, any other things you ask for will be given to you.
Memory Verse: II Thessalonians:
3:1 - “Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of
the Lord may have free course, and be glorified even as it is
with you.”
